Order changes and cancellations

Contact service@mavqelino.com as soon as possible if an address, item or cancellation request needs attention. Include the order number and the requested change.

We will try to assist before fulfilment begins, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered packing or carrier processing. A shipped order must follow the return process after delivery.

If an approved cancellation has already been charged, the refund is sent to the original payment method. Provider processing times may vary.
