Returns and refunds

Contact service@mavqelino.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Items should be unused, in their original condition and accompanied by order information.

Do not send a return before receiving instructions. Return shipping responsibility and any available label will be explained during authorization. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Inspect deliveries promptly. For damage, defects or incorrect items, send the order number and clear photographs so we can review the issue. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; processing time after approval depends on the payment provider.

Items that are used, personalized, final-sale, or returned outside the approved process may be ineligible where permitted by law. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
