Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping and delivery

Orders are prepared after payment authorization and sent to the delivery address provided at checkout. Available destinations, shipping services and final charges are shown before purchase.

For eligible destinations, Fast shipping is USD $5.99 for orders from $0 through $44.99, and shipping is free for orders of $45 or more. Taxes, duties or import fees may be assessed separately where applicable.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier operations, customs, weather or address issues. Customers are responsible for checking the delivery details before submitting an order.

If tracking appears stalled or a parcel is damaged, email service@mavqelino.com with the order number.
